In any business endeavor good communications between a business and its vendors is exceptionally important. Because it is so critical, Dolce Vita IT Solutions ensures that these reviews take place at least 2-4 times each year.
Key objectives of the QBR - what’s been happening recently?
To ensure that we are keeping you as the client up-to-date on any problem trends, project updates, and technology successes or issues over the past 3-6 months. We review our ticket statistics to check for any trends.
To ensure that we are aware of any concerns from your side as the client. Even though we provide management of your IT and cybersecurity it would be irresponsible for us to assume we are aware of everything going on. This is an opportunity to make us aware of any issues which might be considered too minor to call us about.
We invite not only our key contact with your business, but anyone else who is directly involved in IT concerns.
What is coming up?
It is critical to sit across the table from each other and talk not only about the recent past, but what is planned. QBR’s are where we tend to learn about personnel changes, projects, audits, expansions, and acquisitions.
Based upon recent developments with the threat landscape, ticket trends, and other factors we might recommend some changes to how IT is managed. This can vary from a change to email filtering to integrating your firewall with a threat intelligence system.
